The lounge diner has a dining table seating 6 people, 2 large comfy sofas and flat screen TV with some local and international channels, DVD player and patio doors opening to the terrace. The Master Bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and also opens from patio doors to the terrace. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, also with fitted wardrobes. In the kitchen, you will find all the appliances you need including dishwasher and washing machine. Most importantly the terrace is very spacious there is a dining table for 4. The majority of the terrace is covered, but the separated front section is uncovered for those wishing to get some sunshine on one of the sunbeds. The swimming pool and kids pool are very safe and securely gated to ensure that they are for the exclusive use of the residents. WIFI included.

This apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful block within the urbanisation of Reserva de Marbella II and there is a minimarket (open all year round) and restaurant bar (summer months only) located in 10 minutes walk. The sandy beaches of East Marbella can be reached in the car in 5 minutes as well as Elviria, where you will find all amenities needed for an enjoyable holiday. There is also a selection of bars and restaurants which can be reached by car, but without having to go on the main coast road – particularly in the pretty port of Cabopino close by.
