HOUSE RULES

1. No Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A penalty of €250 will be incurred for smoking indoors.

2. No Parties Allowed: Parties are not permitted on the premises.

3. No Pets Allowed: Pets are not allowed on the property unless specified on the listing

4. Check-in and Check-out Times:
– Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM. Requests for check-in after 9 PM can be accommodated.
– Check-out is by 11 AM.
– Late Check-out fee from 11 AM until 1 PM: An additional €150 will be charged.
– Late Check-out fee after 1 PM: The day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.

PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES

1. Not Approved Late Check-out after 11 AM: €150 fee will be charged.

2. Lost Keys or Damage to Entry Lock:
– Complete lock replacement: €250
– If lock replacement is unnecessary: €125
– Damage to keys set: €50

CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment Requirement

  • The full payment must be made at least 7 days before arrival. If the payment is not received by this time, the booking will be cancelled, and you will lose your deposit.

Fully Refundable 7 Days

  • Cancel up to 7 days before the start of your stay and receive a full refund of your payment. No refund will be offered for bookings cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date.

Fully Refundable 30 Days

  • Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay for bookings longer than 28 nights and receive a full refund. No refund will be offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date.

BOOKING TERM FOR YACHT CHARTERS

To make a reservation, we request a deposit of 50% of the total amount by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining amount is payable in cash or by credit card on the day before departure.

Cancellation Terms

  • Weather Conditions: In the event of choppy, rainy, or foggy weather, we will refund the deposit.

  • Technical Problems: If there are technical issues, such as a boat engine failure, we will seek an alternative with the same or better conditions, subject to availability. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, a full refund will be issued.

  • Client’s Decision: In case of cancellation due to the client’s decision, the deposit will be forfeited.
