With our own organic farm in Ávila, we raise acorn-fed pigs and free-range chickens, while growing a variety of fresh vegetables like tomatoes, leeks, kale, and more—all naturally nurtured. Our kitchen’s heart is a custom-built Neapolitan wood oven, where we cook at fiery temperatures to lock in moisture and flavour for an incredible finish. Our dishes are all about passion, and while we don’t have a single star product, we do serve a game-changing combo: torreznos with champagne!
