Tragabuches, founded in 1998 in Ronda by Dani García, was created with the vision of being the first KM.0 restaurant, where locally sourced products take center stage. Twenty-five years later, the restaurant remains dedicated to this philosophy, offering a menu rooted in traditional Andalusian cooking. With a focus on sea and mountain cuisine, each dish tells a story, as every ingredient comes from a specific farm and person. The restaurant also features a remarkable wine selection, including historic Spanish wines like Marqués de Murrietas del Castillo Ygay 1925 and CVNE Imperial Gran Reserve 1928, as well as more modern vintages like Alión 1991. To complement the culinary experience, Tragabuches offers a family-friendly atmosphere with the Dani García Group’s first kids club, providing a space where children can enjoy games and fun activities. For adults, an exclusive selection of wines and creative cocktails adds an extra spark to the experience. Mornings at Tragabuches are no less special, with authentic Andalusian breakfasts that celebrate the region’s rich culinary heritage.
